4) Sample local beer at Brazos Valley Brewery. Their tasting patio is open Fri 5-9pm & Sat noon-4pm.
5) Take a tour of the Burton Cotton Gin - do you know what Crisco actually is? You'll find out when you go to the Texas Cotton Gin Museum!
