1) The kids will enjoy FREE carousel rides at Fireman's Park from 7-8:30pm on Friday. Also, the Blue Bell Aquatic Center's outside pools are open for splashing, sliding and swimming.2) LIVE MUSIC at Nathan's BBQ (Fri 6-9pm), The Kenney Store (Fri & Sat 8:30pm), and Brazos Valley Brewery (Fri 6-10pm).
At the Brewery, Mama Tried will be rockin' it on the patio with live music for the Drink of Ages Road Show from Houston. As an added bonus, Texas Pit BBQ trailer will offering delicious BBQ on site. If you're from Houston and want to catch a ride on the bus, get your tickets here.
3) This is the last weekend for Shakespeare at Winedale.
4) Grape Stomps continue at Pleasant Hill Winery and Windy Winery - Sat 11-6, Sun noon-5.5) Lavender & Wine Fest is Saturday from 9-3 at Chappell Hill Lavender Farm and Windy Winery. Enjoy all things lavender at the farm including live music and food. Free admission, free parking, and plenty of family fun!
